    Return/Refund Policy

     

    Each refund request is individually evaluated. In order for a refund to be issued, a 30 day refund request and processing period is required. All notifications are provided by email only. There are no refunds and no pro-rating of rent paid and/or rent due. This is a month to month lease having a minimum term of one (1) month, commencing on the "LEASE DATE" stated on your lease.
